Terms & Conditions – Pandit Booking (Annvedyam)

  1. Booking is subject to pandit availability and is confirmed only after verification via WhatsApp or call.
  2. If unavailable, an alternative date, time, or pandit will be offered.
  3. Customers should confirm muhurat (if required) before booking.
  4. Pandit will aim to arrive 15–30 minutes before the scheduled time; minor delays may occur.
  5. If “Samagri Included” is selected, we will arrange all items; otherwise, the customer is responsible.
  6. Missing samagri may affect the completion of the pooja.
  7. Prices may vary based on samagri add-ons and special requirements.
  8. Advance payment may be required to confirm the booking.
  9. Full payment must be completed before the pooja starts.
  10. Cancellation 24 hours prior may be partially refundable (if applicable).
  11. Cancellation within 24 hours or same-day no-show is non-refundable.
  12. One-time rescheduling is allowed, subject to availability.
  13. A replacement pandit may be assigned in case of emergency.
  14. Customers must provide accurate address and contact details.
  15. Proper space and basic arrangements must be ensured at the location.
  16. Inform in advance about restrictions like parking or entry permissions.
  17. Delays beyond 30 minutes by the customer may lead to reduced duration, extra charges, or rescheduling.
  18. Last-minute add-on requests may not be accepted.
  19. Annvedyam is not responsible for delays due to external factors or customer-arranged samagri issues.
  20. Respectful behavior towards the pandit is mandatory; misconduct may lead to service termination.
  21. All updates will be shared via WhatsApp or call; ensure your number is active.
  22. By booking, you agree to these terms and confirm all details provided are correct.
