1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The return request is made within 48 hours of delivery.
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Due to the religious and consumable nature of many of our products (such as pooja items, powders, oils, etc.), we generally do not accept returns for opened or used products.
